Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use windowshift.garden and the services offered through it by Windowshift Pest Control. If you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Windowshift Pest Control Does

Windowshift Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest control work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We also make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways you are not allowed to.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@windowshift.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Windowshift Pest Control or the people who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Windowshift Pest Control is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
